氨基乙磺酸在药理上能够产生什么样的作用?

1.强肝、利胆作用:氨基乙磺酸可促进胆汁分泌,解除胆汁阻塞,与胆汁酸别离可增加胆汁通透性,具有利胆作用。亦可降低肝脏胆固醇含量,减少胆固醇结石的构成。同时,氨基乙磺酸还可降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移氨基转移酶(ALT),对肝脏有维护作用。动物实考证明,氨基乙磺酸能预防实验小鼠因四氯化碳惹起的ALT升高,有促进急性肝炎恢复正常和预防脂肪肝的作用;
1. Liver-strengthening and cholagogic effect: Ethylaminosulfonic acid can promote bile secretion and relieve bile obstruction. Separation from bile acid can increase bile permeability and has cholagogic effect. It can also reduce the content of cholesterol in liver and the composition of cholesterol stones. At the same time, Aminoethylsulfonic acid can also reduce serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and maintain the liver. Animal studies have proved that ETSA can prevent the elevation of ALT induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice, promote the recovery of acute hepatitis and prevent fatty liver.

It is also reported that Aminoethylsulfonic acid has antiviral effect.
3.镇静、镇痛作用:动物实验标明,氨基乙磺酸的镇静作用明显强于戊巴比妥钠;动物实验中发现氨基乙磺酸的镇痛作用剂量为1g/kg,而解热作用则在3g/kg时才呈现;

5.强心和抗心律失常作用:其强心作用与樟脑颇为相似。此作用可能与Ca2有关,曾经发现氨基乙磺酸可调理心肌细胞内Ca2的别离,并可逆转Ca2对心肌的不良影响。临床实验亦已证明氨基乙磺酸对心功用不全的患者有效,如与洋地黄配伍效果更好;
5. Cardiotonic and anti-arrhythmic effects: the cardiotonic effect is quite similar to that of camphor. This effect may be related to Ca2. Ethylaminosulfonic acid has been found to regulate the dissociation of Ca2 in myocardial cells and reverse the adverse effects of Ca2 on myocardium. Clinical trials have also proved that ethylaminosulfonic acid is effective in patients with cardiac dysfunction, such as better compatibility with digitalis.
6.降血糖作用:兔静脉注射或狗口服氨基乙磺酸后均可呈现胰岛素样降血糖作用,作用虽较弱但持续时间较长。实验标明氨基乙磺酸的降血糖机制是直接作用于肝和肌细胞膜的胰岛素受体;

7.其他药理作用:氨基乙磺酸对中枢神经元具有普遍而剧烈的抑止作用,对呼吸有兴奋作用。同时,尚有松弛骨骼肌和拮抗强直的作用,曾有报道氨基乙磺酸可用于运动后抗疲倦。另据报道,局部应用氨基乙磺酸能降低前列腺素惹起的眼压升高;缺乏氨基乙磺酸的饮食可使视网膜产生病理变化,最后招致失明,如及时给予氨基乙磺酸在维持眼的正常功用方面可起到重要作用。此外,氨基乙磺酸尚有营养作用,可增强营养物质对细胞的通透性,有利于脂质、磷脂代谢,增强脂溶性维生素、激素等的吸收,一旦缺乏,可构成儿童发育不良、视力损伤,并增加癫痫的易患性。
7. Other pharmacological effects: Ethylaminosulfonic acid has a general and intense inhibitory effect on central neurons and an exciting effect on respiration.
