1、萘系减水剂构造及作用机理
1. Structure and action mechanism of naphthalene series water reducer
(1)萘系减水剂工业消费通常是工业萘用硫酸磺化,加甲醛缩聚,加碱中和,构成萘系分散母料,加上其他的缓凝组份等复合而成,主要构造就是萘磺酸盐的甲醛缩合物。
(1) The industrial consumption of naphthalene series water reducer is usually sulfonated with sulfuric acid, condensated with formaldehyde, neutralized with alkali to form naphthalene series dispersed masterbatch, and compounded with other retarding components. The main structure is the formaldehyde condensate of naphthalene sulfonate.
(2)萘系减水剂应用于混凝土的分散是应用主链构造上的磺酸基(-SO3)强极性带负电基的基团,经过水化,吸附在水泥浆体中,构成强的zeta电势电位,从而到达分散效果。
(2) Naphthalene water reducer used in concrete dispersion is the sulfonate group (-SO3) with strong polarity and negative charge in the main chain structure. After hydration, it is adsorbed in cement paste to form a strong zeta potential, thus achieving the dispersion effect.
2、氨基磺酸盐类减水剂构造及作用机理
2. Structure and Mechanism of Aminosulfonate Water Reducers
(1)以氨基苯磺酸,氨基磺酸盐,尿素苯酚等作为起始料,升温参加甲醛停止缩聚反响,构成一种水溶性的聚合物树脂溶液的减水剂。
(1) With aminobenzene sulfonic acid, aminosulfonate, urea-phenol as starting materials, the reaction of formaldehyde condensation was stopped at elevated temperature, and a water-soluble water-reducing agent of polymer resin solution was formed.
氨基磺酸
(2)在新拌混凝土的作用机理,是由于减水剂分子构造中含有羟基(-OH)、氨基(-NH2)、磺酸基(-SO3)等极性基团,在水泥产生吸附作用,构成zeta电位,从而到达分散效果。由于氨基磺酸盐类减水剂,主链接的基团多,其构成的保坍性能较萘系好,zeta电位变化小。
(2) The mechanism of action of fresh concrete is that the molecular structure of water reducer contains polar groups such as hydroxyl (-OH), amino (-NH2), sulfonic acid (-SO3) and so on, which can adsorb on cement and form zeta potential, thus achieving dispersion effect. Because of the sulfamate water reducer, there are many groups in the main chain, and its slump retention property is better than that of naphthalene system, and the change of zeta potential is smaller.
3、聚羧酸类减水剂作用机理
3. MECHANISM OF POLYCARBOXYLIC WATER REDUCER
(1)聚羧酸减水剂是以低碳醇,接上环氧乙烷,构成C3、C4、C5、C6醇的MPEG、HEPG、TPEG、VPEG单体,这些单体在催化剂作用下,和丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸构成聚羧酸类减水剂,或含酯化反响的减水剂。
(1) Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a kind of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, which is composed of low-carbon alcohol, ethylene oxide, and MPEG, HEPG, TPEG and VPEG monomers of C3, C4, C5 and C6 alcohols. Under the action of catalyst, these monomers, together with acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, form polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer or superplasticizer containing esterification reaction.
(2)此类减水剂立足的机理还是zeta电位分散理论,但其zeta电位较小而稳定,坚持分散性还是分子构造支链多,zeta电位稳定,支链的空间位阻大,因而保坍性好。
(2) The mechanism of this kind of water reducer is still zeta potential dispersion theory, but its zeta potential is small and stable, adhere to the dispersion or molecular structure of more branched chains, zeta potential is stable, the space resistance of branched chains is large, so it has good slump retention.
