酸洗废水处理可以使用哪些方法?

当使用磷酸作酸洗介质时,其废液可加入过量消石灰或石灰乳中和处理,其反应生成磷酸钙沉淀,降低废水中磷酸根的含量。收集沉淀物经过浓缩脱水,挤压成块,将其在安全地方掩埋。
When phosphoric acid is used as pickling medium, its waste liquid can be neutralized with excessive lime or lime milk. The reaction results in precipitation of calcium phosphate, which reduces the content of phosphate in waste water. The collected sediments are concentrated and dehydrated, extruded into lumps and buried in safe places.
氢氟酸清洗废液的主要问题是溶液中的氟离子含量过高,必须进行处理。处理方法根据所用药剂不同分为石灰法、石灰一铝盐法及石灰一磷酸盐法等。其中采用混凝沉淀法配合进行处理比较普遍。
The main problem of hydrofluoric acid cleaning wastewater is that the content of fluoride ion in the solution is too high, so it must be treated. The treatment methods can be divided into lime method, lime-aluminate method and lime-monophosphate method according to the different agents used. Coagulation and sedimentation are commonly used in the treatment.
(1)石灰法。使用过量的消石灰或石灰乳与氢氟酸反应生成氟化钙沉淀是较经济、有效的处理方法,即将生石灰粉(CaO)或石灰乳[Ca(OH)2]与含氟废水混合,生成氟化钙沉淀以使氟离子从废液中去除的方法。石灰的加入量应比依据反应式计算的理论量要高,约为废液中氟含量的2.2倍。所用生石灰中的氧化钙含量应大于70%,一般使用粉状生石灰其中氧化钙含量应在85%以上。
氨基磺酸
(1) Lime method. Using excessive lime or lime milk to react with hydrofluoric acid to produce calcium fluoride precipitation is a more economical and effective treatment method, that is, mixing quicklime powder (CaO) or lime milk [Ca (OH) 2] with fluoride-containing wastewater to produce calcium fluoride precipitation to remove fluoride ions from wastewater. The amount of lime added should be higher than the theoretical amount calculated according to the reaction formula, which is about 2.2 times of the fluorine content in waste liquor. The content of calcium oxide in used quicklime should be more than 70%, and the content of calcium oxide in powdered quicklime should be more than 85%.
氢氟酸废液处理应在废水沉淀池中进行,所用的沉淀池与沟道应经过防渗处理。处理过程将石灰粉或石灰乳投入沉淀池并要充分混和搅拌,使其反应完全。应注意经过石灰法处理过的含氟酸性废液中仍残留有20mg/L的氟离子,为了提高除氟效率,在加入石灰的同时投入一定量氯化钙或硫酸铝,可以使氟离子沉淀更完全,直至游离氟离子小于10mg儿后再排放。
Hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment should be carried out in wastewater sedimentation tank, and the sedimentation tank and channel used should be treated by anti-seepage treatment. In the treatment process, lime powder or lime milk is put into the sedimentation tank and mixed and stirred sufficiently to make the reaction complete. It should be noted that 20 mg/L of fluoride ion remains in fluoride-containing acidic waste liquor treated by lime process. In order to improve the efficiency of fluoride removal, a certain amount of calcium chloride or aluminium sulfate is added at the same time to make the fluoride ion precipitate more completely until the free fluoride ion is less than 10 mg.
(2)石灰—铝盐法。当废液排放量大的情况下应采用这种方法,向废液中投加石灰乳,调节pH值至6~7.5,然后投加硫酸铝或聚合氯化铝等铝盐絮凝剂。利用生成的氢氧化铝胶体吸附悬浮的氟化钙微小颗粒及氟离子形成沉淀,这种方法的除氟效果比单纯加石灰的效果好。
(2) Lime-aluminium salt method. When the discharge of waste liquid is large, this method should be adopted. Lime milk should be added to the waste liquid, the pH value should be adjusted to 6-7.5, and then aluminium flocculants such as aluminium sulfate or polyaluminium chloride should be added. Aluminum hydroxide colloid is used to adsorb suspended calcium fluoride particles and fluoride ions to form precipitation. The effect of this method is better than that of adding lime alone.
(3)石灰—磷酸盐法。先向废液中加人磷酸二氢钠、六偏磷酸钠、过磷酸钙等磷酸盐,再加入石灰生成难溶的磷石灰等沉淀把氟离子去除。
(3) Lime-phosphate method. The fluoride ion was removed by adding phosphate such as sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and calcium superphosphate to the waste liquid, and then adding lime to form insoluble apatite.
(4)其他方法。对于氟含量低的大量含氟酸洗废液可采用活性炭吸附和阴离子交换树脂处理的方法加以去除。但是,该处理方法存在的问题是所生成的氟化钙成为固体废弃物,在有水存在时,它会在相当长的时间内溶出氟离子,可使溶出的氟离子超过5mg/L。
(4) Other methods. Activated carbon adsorption and anion exchange resin treatment can be used to remove fluorine-containing acid pickling wastewater with low fluorine content. However, the problem of this treatment method is that the generated calcium fluoride becomes solid waste. When water exists, it will dissolve fluoride ions for a considerable period of time, and the dissolution of fluoride ions can exceed 5 mg/L.
如果是在高氟地区,此问题更要注意防范。在干旱少雨、地下水位低的地区,可送人储灰场处置,由于灰场已考虑了防渗及灰中氟化物的影响,可不构成对地下水的污染。不可在砂土地上直接挖坑处理废液。鉴于废液处理难的问题,一般不建议采用氢氟酸清洗。
If it is in high fluoride areas, more attention should be paid to the prevention of this problem. In arid and rainless areas with low groundwater level, it can be sent to the ash storage yard for disposal. Because the ash yard has considered the influence of seepage control and fluoride in ash, it can not constitute groundwater pollution. It is not allowed to dig directly on sandy soil to dispose of waste liquor. In view of the difficulty of waste liquid treatment, hydrofluoric acid cleaning is generally not recommended.
