甜蜜素检测方法主要是通过透明度检测。所谓透明度不高是由于甜蜜素中含有一定的。

在GB12488规定的分析条件下,温度(室温)偏低,溶解度也就较低,要达到标准中规定的透明度质量指标相对就困难些。而中国国内采用的几种生产工艺均易产生杂质,如果生产和质量控制出现失误或者生产工艺中存在较大的缺陷,甜蜜素中的杂质是很难清除的,找出并确定甜蜜素中的杂质是困难的,但只要制定出合理的生产工艺、严格控制工艺指标、严格执行生产操作规程,找到杂质生成的途径并将它控制住是不难的。甜蜜素透明度指标达不到GB12488规定的要求有多种原因。对甜蜜素透明度指标的控制作了五年多的生产研究和探索,也追根溯源到其它一些甜蜜素生产厂家作了实地考察、讨论和分析,经过对各甜蜜素生产厂家的工艺技术和设备结构分析,归纳整理了大量的原始生产记录和化验分析数据。在各厂家工艺技术不同之处,找出影响甜蜜素透明度的一些相同因素。同时,针对不同的工艺技术制定的相应技术措施,取得了令人满意的效果。

The control of the transparency index of cyclamate has been studied and explored for more than five years. It has also been traced back to some other manufacturers of cyclamate for field investigation, discussion and analysis. Through the analysis of the process technology and equipment structure of various manufacturers of cyclamate, a large number of original production records and laboratory analysis data have been summarized and sorted out. The technological differences among different manufacturers are discussed, and the same factors affecting the transparency of cyclamate are found out. At the same time, the corresponding technical measures for different process technologies have achieved satisfactory results.
