一、清洗温度

酸洗过程中酸液温度越高,清洗能力越强,但金属的腐蚀速度也随之增加,而大多数缓蚀剂的缓蚀能力随温度升高而降低。因此,为了控制酸洗时的腐蚀,酸洗温度要适度,氢氟酸清洗温度一般采用45~55℃,盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、氨基磺酸清洗温度一般采用50~60℃,柠檬酸、羟基乙酸的清洗温度为85~95℃,EDTA高温清洗温度为120~140℃。EDTA低温清洗温度为85~95℃。
