氨基磺酸在生产的过程中应该注意哪些反应?

①将尿素依照耗费定额一次投料参加反响釜D101中,然后渐渐参加发烟硫酸钠储罐F102中的发烟硫酸并搅拌,留意控制反响温度不要高于80℃。直至发烟硫酸加完,反响液均相,无二氧化碳气体放出时即为反响终点。
(1) Put urea into the reactor D101 at a time according to the consumption quota, then gradually participate in the fuming sulfuric acid in the fuming sulfuric acid tank F102 and stir it, pay attention to controlling the reaction temperature not higher than 80 C. When the fuming sulfuric acid is finished, the reaction liquid is homogeneous and the carbon dioxide-free gas is released as the end point of the reaction.
②将硫酸钠储罐F102中硫酸钠水溶液参加结晶釜D102中,并将反响液渐渐通入结晶釜中,通冰盐水冷却,反响液转移完整后,充沛冷却使结晶析出。结晶物经离心机L101别离后,得粗氨基磺酸。
(2) Sodium sulfate aqueous solution from Sodium sulfate tank F102 is added to the crystallization kettle D102, and the reaction liquid is gradually introduced into the crystallization kettle, cooled by ice brine, after the reaction liquid is transferred completely, the crystallization is fully cooled and precipitated. Crude aminosulfonic acid was obtained from the crystals separated by centrifuge L101.
③把粗氨基磺酸参加溶解釜D103中,以2倍量的水在80℃加热搅拌,使结晶溶解。全部溶解后,将溶液转入结晶釜D104中,然后从乙醇储罐F104中量取适量工业乙醇,滴入结晶釜,冷却,使产品充沛结晶。结晶经离心机L102别离后,放入枯燥器L103中枯燥、分装即得废品。
氨基磺酸
Thirdly, crude aminosulfonic acid was added into D103 dissolving kettle and heated and stirred with 2 times amount of water at 80 ~C to dissolve the crystals. After all dissolution, the solution is transferred into the crystallization kettle D104, and then the appropriate amount of industrial ethanol is taken from the ethanol tank F104, dripped into the crystallization kettle, cooled to make the product fully crystallized. The crystals are separated by centrifuge L102 and then put into the dryer L103 to separate the waste products.
(5)产品用处  普遍应用于金属和陶瓷制造的多种工业设备和民用清洗剂、石油并处置剂和清洗剂、电镀工业用剂/电化学抛光用剂、沥青乳化剂、蚀刻剂、染料及颜料工业用磺化剂、染色用剂、漂白剂、纤维与纸张用阻燃剂、柔软剂、树脂交联促进剂、除草剂、防枯剂以及规范剖析试剂等多个范畴中。在造纸方面,普通用作纸浆漂白助剂和蒸煮过程中用作防剥皮剂,能减少纤维断链降解。
(5) The products are widely used in various industrial equipment and in the manufacture of metals and ceramics, as well as in cleaning agents, petroleum and disposal agents, electroplating industrial agents/electrochemical polishing agents, asphalt emulsifiers, etchants, sulfonating agents, dyeing agents, efficient bleaching agents, flame retardants for fibers and paper. Softeners, resin cross-linking promoters, herbicides, withered-proof agents and standard analytical reagents. In papermaking, it is commonly used as Pulp Bleaching Auxiliaries and anti-peeling agents in cooking process, which can reduce fiber chain breakage degradation.
