Effect of Nickel Salt Concentration on Accumulation Velocity
①在酸性化学镀镍液中镍离子浓度添加,可以进步镍的堆积速度。特别是当镍盐浓度在10g/L以下时,添加镍盐浓度,镍的堆积速度加速。例如,当镀液中含钠20g/L、醋酸钠20g/L、温度为82~84℃、pH=5.5时,镍盐浓度从5g/L至60g/L变化时,对堆积速度的影响见表4-27:
The accumulation rate of nickel can be improved by adding nickel ion concentration in acidic electroless nickel plating bath. Especially when the concentration of nickel salt is below 10 g/L, the accumulation rate of nickel accelerates when the concentration of nickel salt is added. For example, when the concentration of nickel salt varies from 5g/L to 60g/L in the bath containing sodium 20g/L, sodium acetate 20g/L, temperature 82-84 C and pH=5.5, the effect of nickel salt concentration on the stacking rate is shown in Table 4-27:

当镍盐浓度抵达30g/L时,持续进步浓度,则镀层的堆积速度不再添加,乃至降落。镍盐浓渡过高时,会招致镀液的稳定性降落,并易呈现粗糙镀层。

When the nickel salt concentration reaches 30g/L, the deposit rate will not increase or even decrease with the continuous improvement of the nickel salt concentration. When the concentration of nickel salt is too high, the stability of the plating solution will decrease and the rough coating will appear easily.
②在碱性化学镀镍液中,镍盐的浓度在20g/L以下时,进步镍盐浓度使化学堆积速度有显着的进步;但当镍盐的浓度高于25g/L以上时,虽持续进步镍盐含量,其堆积速度趋于稳定。
(2) In alkaline electroless nickel plating bath, when the concentration of nickel salt is below 20 g/L, the increase of nickel salt concentration makes the chemical accumulation rate remarkable progress; but when the concentration of nickel salt is above 25 g/L, the accumulation rate tends to be stable despite the continuous improvement of nickel salt content.

进步钠浓度,可进步堆积速度,见图4-15。但钠浓度添加,并不能无限地进步镍的堆积速度,不同镀液中钠浓度。
The accumulation rate can be improved by increasing the concentration of sodium, as shown in Figure 4-15. However, the accumulation rate of nickel can not be improved infinitely by adding sodium concentration in different plating bath.
