氨基磺酸镍添加剂哪些原因呢影像了镀层的质量?

氨基磺酸镍添加剂在应用过程中,镀镍层的应力低、极限强度高、沉积速度快、孔隙率低、再配合添加剂的使用,能够得到更佳的外观。而有时候镀层会出现粗糙、毛刺的现象,影响了镀层的质量,这是什么原因引起的呢?

根据现场经验和产品的特性做了分析,主要有以下这5点:
According to the field experience and the characteristics of the products, the following five points are analyzed.
1、镀液中有固体悬浮物,应检查过滤泵是否正常工作,并维持过滤泵在生产过程中循环过滤镀液。
1. The solid suspended solids in the plating bath should be checked for the normal operation of the filter pump, and the circulation of the plating solution should be maintained during the production of the filter pump.
2、镀液的pH值太高。pH值太高镀液虽有好的覆盖能力和较高的阴极电流密度,但pH值过高会在阴极附近产生碱式镍盐沉淀,镀层中可能会夹杂碱式镍盐,导致镀层结晶粗糙,影响镀层的机械性能。
2. The pH value of plating solution is too high. Although the bath with too high pH value has good covering ability and high cathodic current density, too high pH value will produce alkaline nickel salt precipitation near the cathode, which may be mixed with alkaline nickel salt in the coating, resulting in rough crystallization of the coating and affecting the mechanical properties of the coating.

3、镀液中有阳极泥渣或阳极袋破损,这些泥渣会导致镀层出现粗糙或毛刺的现象。生产过程中应及时检查或更换阳极袋。
3. Anode sludge or anode bag are damaged in the plating bath. These sludge can cause roughness or burr in the coating. The anode bag should be inspected or replaced in time during the production process.
4、阴极电流密度太高,镀层高区的光亮度会下降,镀层比较粗糙。生产时应控制好电流密度在工艺范围内。
4. If the cathode current density is too high, the brightness of the high area of the coating will decrease and the coating will be rough. The current density should be controlled well in the process range.
5、补加水中带入了钙离子。钙离子不会在阴极上被还原成钙金属,在镀液中,钙离子达到平衡后会形成沉淀污染镀层,导致镀镍层出现细颗粒,从而影响镀层的质量。生产过程中应使用不含钙离子的纯净水配槽和补加,减少钙杂质的影响。
5. Calcium ions were brought into the supplementary water. Calcium ions will not be reduced to calcium metal on the cathode. In the plating bath, when calcium ions reach equilibrium, precipitation will form and pollute the plating layer, resulting in fine particles in the nickel plating layer, thus affecting the quality of the plating layer. In order to reduce the influence of calcium impurities, the purified water distribution tank without calcium ion should be used and supplemented in the production process.
氨基磺酸镍是比较昂贵的镀镍工艺,在生产过程中多注意以上这几点,避免镀层有粗糙、毛刺现象的发生,减少故障,节约成本,也能更好的使用氨基磺酸镍添加剂。
