氨基磺酸水溶液对铁的腐蚀产物作用较慢,可添加一些氯化钠,使之缓慢产生盐酸,从而有效地溶解铁垢,适合用于去除铁、钢、铜、不锈钢等材料制造的设备表面的水垢和腐蚀产物。氨基磺酸水溶液是唯一可用作镀锌金属表面清洗的酸,清洗时温度一般控制在不超过66℃(以防氨基磺酸分解),浓度不超过10%。
Aminosulfonic acid solution has a slow effect on the corrosion products of iron. 氨基磺酸是一种强酸,能和许多碱性化合物起反应。在常压下将其加热至熔点以上(209℃)开始分解,继续加热至 260℃以上,分解为三氧化硫、二氧化硫、氮、氢和水。
Aminosulfonic acid is a strong acid that reacts with many basic compounds. At atmospheric pressure, it is heated above the melting point (209 C) and decomposed into sulfur trioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen and water.
(1)氨基磺酸能与金属反应,生成透明性结晶盐。如:2H2NSO3H+Zn→Zn(SO3NH2)2+H2。
