由于掺有高效减水剂的水泥浆中,高效减水剂的有机分子长链实践上在水泥微粒外表是呈现各种吸附状态的。不同的吸附态是由于高效减水剂分子链构造的不同所致,它直接影响到掺有该类减水剂混凝土的坍落度的经时变化。

Some studies have shown that the adsorption state of naphthalene and melamine water reducers is rod chain, so they are flat adsorption, and the electrostatic squeezing effect is weak. The Zeta potential of the electrostatic repulsion of the plane changes little with time, and the macroscopic performance is better dispersion and the slump changes little with time. The adsorption state of polycarboxylic acid graft copolymer superplasticizer macromolecule on the surface of cement particles is mostly dentate.
氨基磺酸
这种减水剂不但具有对水泥微粒极好的分散性而且能坚持坍落度经时变化很小。缘由有三:其一是由于接枝共聚物有大量羧基存在.具有一定的螫合才能,加之链的平面静电斥力构成对粒子问凝聚作用的障碍;其二是由于在强碱性介质例如水泥浆体中,接枝共聚链逐步断裂开,释放出羧酸分子,使上述第一个效应不时得以注重;其三是接枝共聚物Zeta电位绝对值比萘系和三聚氰胺系减水剂的低,因而要到达相同的分散状态时,所需求的电荷总量也不如萘系和三聚氰胺系减水剂那样多。关于有侧链的聚羧酸减水剂和氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂,经过这种平面排挤力,能坚持分散系统的稳定性。
This water reducer not only has excellent dispersion to cement particles, but also can insist that slump changes little over time. With regard to Polycarboxylic Water Reducers with side chains and aminosulfonate series superplasticizers, the stability of the dispersion system can be maintained by this planar extrusion force.
减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下,能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂。大多属于阴离子外表活性剂,有木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛聚合物等。参加混凝土拌合物后对水泥颗粒有分散作用,能改善其工作性,减少单位用水量,改善混凝土拌合物的活动性;或减少单位水泥用量,节约水泥。
Water reducer is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the amount of mixing water under the condition that the slump of concrete remains unchanged. Most of them belong to anionic surfactants, such as lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate and formaldehyde polymer. Participation in concrete mixtures can disperse cement particles, improve its workability, reduce unit water consumption, improve the activity of concrete mixtures, or reduce unit cement consumption and save cement.
