氨基磺酸是一种重要化工原料,可广泛应用于洗涤行业,用做氯漂稳定剂,电渡助剂,并大量用于食品添加剂如甜蜜素的合成等。生产氨基磺酸有两大类方法。其中一个大类是由日本东洋高压公司于1950年开发的气相法,该法是从气态SO3和WH3反应生成亚氨基二磺酸铵,经硫酸水解制造氨基磺酸。由于是气相反应,因而设备要求高,而且硫酸消耗量大,付产物多,因而在70年代初投产后不久即停止生产。另一个大类是以尿素为原料生产氨基磺酸,该法通常有两种工艺,其一是以高浓度发烟硫酸或液态三氧化硫为原料的三氧化硫过量法。美国2408823报导了以液态三氧化硫与尿素作用,再与浓硫酸化合生产氨基磺酸的工艺路线;美国2408492,2851366和2419618等报导了以高浓度发烟硫酸(含40-80%游离SO3)与尿素作用生产氨基磺酸工艺。上述三氧化硫过量法虽克服了副产物多的缺点,但因反应过于剧烈,即便使用致冷设备,也很难控制反应,此外,高浓度三氧化硫容易固化导致管道堵塞,因而设备要求高,操作难度也大。
Aminosulfonic acid is an important chemical raw material, which can be widely used in the washing industry as chlorine bleaching stabilizer, electro-ferry assistant, and a large number of food additives such as the synthesis of cyclamate. There are two main ways to produce sulfamic acid. One of them is the gas phase method developed by Japan Toyo High Pressure Company in 1950. This method produces ammonium iminodisulfonate from gaseous SO3 and WH3 reactions, which is hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid to produce aminosulfonic acid. Because of the gas-phase reaction, the equipment requirements are high, the consumption of sulphuric acid is large and the products paid are large, so the production stopped shortly after it was put into operation in the early 1970s. The other is the production of aminosulfonic acid from urea. There are usually two processes. One is the excess sulfur trioxide method using high concentration fuming sulfuric acid or liquid sulfur trioxide as raw materials. American Patent 2408823 reported the process of producing aminosulfonic acid by the reaction of liquid sulfur trioxide with urea and then by the combination of concentrated sulfuric acid. American Patents 2408492, 2851366 and 2419 618 reported the process of producing aminosulfonic acid by the reaction of high concentration fuming sulfuric acid (containing 40-80% free SO3) with urea. Although the above-mentioned sulfur trioxide excess method overcomes the shortcomings of many by-products, it is difficult to control the reaction even when using refrigeration equipment because of the excessive reaction. In addition, high concentration sulfur trioxide is easy to solidify and cause pipeline blockage, so the equipment requirements are high and the operation is difficult.
