苯胺磺化制得对氨基苯磺酸,对氨基苯磺酸与碳酸钠或氢氧化钠作用,并经脱色、浓缩、结晶、干燥等后处理制得敌锈钠,工业品带2分子结晶水。
P-Aminobenzene Sulfonic Acid was synthesized by sulfonation of aniline. p-Aminobenzene Sulfonic Acid reacted with sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide. After decolorization, concentration, crystallization and drying, sodium dichlorfonate was synthesized. The industrial product had 2 molecule crystalline water.
【方法二】
[Method 2]
苯胺磺化、转位而得:工艺过程如下:1.转位(磺化反应)在转鼓反应器内加入450kg98%硫酸。转鼓转动后于1h内加入苯胺(99%)400kg。将炉温升至160℃,开启喷射泵使系统的真空度在53.3kPa以上。炉温再升至200℃,保温0.5h。继续升温至260℃,保温至转位完成。以视镜出现黑粉、铁球发出响声为终点,降温,关闭喷射泵,回转10min。排风,冷至80℃,加入2500L水,转动混合,放入地槽。2.中和 在地槽中,物料升温至70-80℃,加入碳酸钠(约230kg)中和至pH=7-7.5。
氨基磺酸
Sulfonation and transposition of aniline were obtained as follows: 1. The transposition (sulfonation reaction) was added 450kg 98% sulfuric acid in the drum reactor. Aniline (99%) was added to the drum within 1 hour after rotation. The temperature of the furnace is raised to 160 C, and the vacuum of the system is above 53.3kPa by opening the jet pump. The temperature of the furnace rises to 200 C for 0.5 H. Continue to heat up to 260 C, heat preservation to the completion of transposition. Take the black powder and iron ball noise of the mirror as the end point, cool down, close the jet pump, and rotate for 10 minutes. Exhaust air, cold to 80 C, add 2500L water, rotate and mix, put into the geosyncline. 2. In the neutralization geosyncline, the material is heated to 70-80 C, and the sodium carbonate (about 230kg) is added to neutralize to pH=7-7.5.
移入到已有600L母液的中和锅中,调整相对密度至1.12左右。加热至沸,加入活性炭4kg,搅拌0.5h。热过滤,滤渣用热水洗涤;滤液蒸浓到相对密度约1.18。放入结晶桶,以8h冷却至30℃。离心过滤,滤液作下批母液;滤饼为对氨基磺酸钠(850kg左右)。总收率86.5%。产品规格:HG2---372--80。外观为粉红色或浅玫瑰色结晶,含量≥97.0%。原料消耗定额:苯胺(99%)460kg/t、纯碱(98%)264kg/t、硫酸(98%)492kg/t。

The filter residue is washed with hot water and the filtrate is evaporated to a relative density of about 1.18. Put it in the crystallizing barrel and cool for 8 hours to 30 C. Centrifugal filtration, filtrate as the next batch of mother liquor; filter cake for sodium aminosulfonate (850 kg or so). The total yield was 86.5%. Product Specification: HG2 - 372 - 80. Appearance is pink or light rose crystal, content (>97.0%). Material consumption quota: aniline (99%) 460 kg/t, soda (98%) 264 kg/t, sulfuric acid (98%) 492 kg/t.
