  以乙酸和异戊醇为原料,磺酸为催化剂,环己烷为水外加剂,合成了乙酸异戊酯。
  Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol with sulfonic acid as catalyst and cyclohexane as water additive.

After drying, anhydrous magnesium sulfate was used for distillation. Distillation before 134 was used as reaction cycle. Distillation from 134 to 142 was steamed again.
  酯化反应通常很慢,除了加入氨基磺酸催化剂外,还需要加热来加速反应。自生成水反应生成的共沸混合物分别与异戊醇,乙酸异戊酯,和恒沸点约为93 - 95℃,环己烷需要用作水代理,这样生成的水是不断删除,以便增加反应温度有利于分离水和增加产量。
  Esterification reaction is usually very slow. In addition to adding sulfamic acid catalyst, heating is needed to accelerate the reaction. The azeotropic mixtures formed by the reaction of self-generated water with isoamyl alcohol, isoamyl acetate and azeotropic point are about 93 - 95 C, respectively. Cyclohexane needs to be used as water agent, so that the generated water is continuously deleted in order to increase the reaction temperature, which is conducive to the separation of water and increase the yield.
氨基磺酸
