  1.纯碱液吸收法 将硫黄燃烧得到的含二氧化硫气从吸收塔底部通入,与纯碱溶液进行逆流吸收,生成亚硫酸氢钠溶液送至中和槽,缓慢加入纯碱溶液进行中和反应至微酸性。然后加入烧碱溶液,使溶液Ph值达11~12,经脱色、过滤、澄清液经蒸发结晶、离心脱水、250~300℃下气流于燥,制得无水亚硫酸钠成品。
  1. Sodium bisulfite solution is produced by reflux absorption of sulfur dioxide gas from the bottom of the absorption tower, which is burned with sulfur. Sodium bisulfite solution is sent to the neutralization tank. Sodium bisulfite solution is added slowly to neutralize the reaction to slight acidity. Then add caustic soda solution, make the Ph value of solution reach 11-12, after decolorization, filtration, clarification, evaporation and crystallization, centrifugal dehydration, air drying at 250-300 C, anhydrous sodium sulfite product is prepared.
  2.由硫磺燃烧产生的含S0z的气体通入吸收塔与相对密度1.21(25°Bè)的纯碱溶液逆流吸收,生成的亚硫酸氢钠溶液Ph值达5~6,在中和槽中用相对密度1.21的纯碱溶液中和至微酸性,然后加热至102℃以上;再加入相对密度1.19的烧碱溶液中和至Ph值11~12,除去铁,同时得到亚硫酸钠溶液;中和液经真空(26.7kPa)蒸发浓缩、结晶分离,250~300℃气流干燥脱去结晶水即得产品。
氨基磺酸
  2. Gas containing S0z produced by sulphur combustion is absorbed countercurrent into absorption tower and soda solution with relative density of 1.21 (25 B). The Ph value of sodium bisulfite solution is 5-6. In neutralization tank, sodium bisulfite solution with relative density of 1.21 is neutralized to slightly acidic solution, then heated to more than 102 and then added to caustic soda solution with relative density of 1.19 and to Ph value of 11-12 to remove iron and obtain sub-acid at the same time. Sodium sulfate solution; the neutralizing solution is evaporated and concentrated in vacuum (26.7kPa) and separated by crystallization. The product is obtained by air drying at 250-300 C to remove the crystalline water.
  3.将七水亚硫酸钠加热到50℃左右时,结晶即溶解在结晶水中,并有无水物的晶体析出。将无水物的结晶趁热过滤出来,在100~110℃下干燥。过滤和干燥过程应避免与空气接触,可在氮气或氢气的保护下进行。
  3. When sodium sulfite heptahydrate is heated to about 50 C, the crystallization will dissolve in the crystalline water, and crystals with or without water will precipitate. The crystals of anhydrous substances are filtered out while they are heated and dried at 100-110 ~C. Filtration and drying processes should avoid contact with air and can be carried out under the protection of nitrogen or hydrogen.
  4.采用吸收法。以食品级纯碱溶液吸收二氧化硫,使其饱和后再加入精制氢氧化钠溶液,经晶析制得结晶亚硫酸钠,再经加热脱水,制得食用无水亚硫酸钠。
  4. Absorption method. Sodium sulfite crystals were prepared by adding refined sodium hydroxide solution after saturating the sulfur dioxide with food-grade soda solution, then heating and dehydrating to produce edible anhydrous sodium sulfite.
  5. 加热搅拌下用200kg蒸馏水溶解50kg工业亚硫酸钠,完全溶解后,滤去不溶性杂质。添加少量氢氧化钠溶液,沉淀出镁、钙等金属,过滤后,加热蒸发使细小亚硫酸钠结晶不断析出,及时取出沥干,离心甩干。将甩干的结晶,于200℃左右烘干即可。
  5. Dissolve 50 kg industrial sodium sulfite with 200 kg distilled water under heating and stirring. After complete dissolution, filter out insoluble impurities. A small amount of sodium hydroxide solution was added to precipitate Mg, Ca and other metals. After filtration, the fine sodium sulfite crystals were continuously precipitated by heating and evaporation, and then drained in time and centrifugally dried. Dry the crystals at about 200 C.
