这是氨基磺酸物,一般来说氨基磺酸镍是一种优良的电镀主盐,因其内应力低、电镀速度快,溶解度大,无污染等,而成为近年国际上发展较快的一种电镀主盐。已广泛应用于电子、汽车、航天、兵器、造币、冶金、镍网、无线电、彩色铝合金等行业。
  This is aminosulfonate. Generally speaking, nickel aminosulfonate is an excellent main salt for electroplating. Because of its low internal stress, fast electroplating speed, high solubility and no pollution, it has become a major salt for electroplating which has developed rapidly in the world in recent years. It has been widely used in electronics, automobiles, aerospace, weapons, coinage, metallurgy, nickel mesh, radio, color aluminium alloy and other industries.
  氨基磺酸的水溶液具有与盐酸、硫酸等同等的强酸性,故别名又叫固体硫酸,它具有不挥发、无臭味和对人体毒性极小的特点。 氨基磺酸水溶液对铁的腐蚀产物作用较慢,可添加一些氯化钠,使之缓慢产生盐酸,从而有效地溶解铁垢。 氨基磺酸水溶液可去除铁、钢、铜、不锈钢等材料制造的设备表面的水垢和腐蚀产物。另外,它还是唯一可用作镀锌金属表面清洗的酸。 利用氨基磺酸水溶液进行清洗时,温度一般控制在不超过66℃(以防氨基磺酸分解),浓度不超过10%。
  Aminosulfonic acid aqueous solution has the same strong acidity as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, so it is also called solid sulfuric acid. It has the characteristics of non-volatile, odorless and minimal toxicity to human body. Aminosulfonic acid aqueous solution has a slow effect on the corrosion products of iron. Some sodium chloride can be added to make it produce hydrochloric acid slowly, thus effectively dissolving iron scale. Aminosulfonic acid aqueous solution can remove scale and corrosion products on the surface of equipment made of iron, steel, copper and stainless steel. In addition, it is the only acid that can be used for cleaning galvanized metal surfaces. When washing with sulfamic acid aqueous solution, the temperature is generally controlled at no more than 66 C (in order to prevent the decomposition of sulfamic acid), and the concentration is not more than 10%.
