我国的水泥产量和用量位居世界首位,高效减水剂年需求量达100万t以上。氨基磺酸盐系减水剂因其具有消费工艺简单,对水泥粒子的分散性好,减水率高,制得的混凝土强度高、耐久性好、坍落度经时损失小等优点而成为目前国内较有开展出路的高效减水剂。目前氨基磺酸盐系减水剂消费工艺,根本上都是采用敞开式设备系统的流程,甲醛排空直接通向大气,其问题是(I)糜费原料甲醛;(2)污染环境;(3)危害员工的安康;消费效率偏低;(5)产品优质率低;(6)产品的质量稳定性不够理想。
