氨基磺酸作为硫酸的衍生产品,也是尿素的后开发产品早 在上世纪30年代国外就进行了开发,40年代实现工业化并在化学研究和应用方面得到发展,特别六七十年代后氨基磺酸在许多领域迅速得到运用,以氨基磺酸为原料而开发的衍生产品在医药、农药、电化学方面有着突出的优越性,特别是近年来以氨基磺酸为原料生产的食品添加剂在食品行业广泛应用,使得市场上对氨基磺酸的需求越来越广泛。
