气动增压泵突然不能正常工作了是怎么回事?

增压泵假如不能正常工作,有如下几种可能:
If the booster pump does not work properly, there are several possibilities as follows:
(1)驱动活塞密封伯磨损,招致活塞上侧和下侧串气;
(1) The wear and tear of the driving piston seal lead to gas crossing on the upper and lower sides of the piston;
(2)控制阀损坏,招致换向阀不能正常工作;
(2) The control valve is damaged, which causes the reversing valve to not work properly.
(3)换向阀太脏,或它的密封件损坏,招致它不能动作;
(3) The reversing valve is too dirty, or its seal is damaged, causing it to be unable to move;
(4)两活塞衔接处损坏,启齿销零落,两活塞杆错位,招致活塞杆不能挪动;
(4) The joint of two pistons is damaged, the gear pin is scattered, and the two piston rods are dislocated, which causes the piston rod to be unable to move.
(5)增压缸密封件漏气。
(5) Leakage of sealing parts of supercharger cylinder.
在工作中有进会呈现这种状况:需增压气体被断开,却开着增压泵,增压泵噪声也很大。此进增压泵工作频率很高,压力却无法加上去,增压泵噪声也很大。长时间这样工作,很容易损坏泵。同样道理,当增压泵出口压力很低时,增压泵工作频率会很高,增压泵也容易损坏。

在实践工作中级连增压泵呈现过这种特殊状况:卸压阀V5不时卸压,增压泵1频率很快,增压泵2频率低,认真检查后发现V5设定值偏小,调高设值后,呈现可调压力开关阀V6大量放气。后来确认是增压泵1有问题。原来该增压泵1的控制阀V2上侧与管道2连通,没有断开。因而增压泵1不时增压,不爱V6控制。换句话说,该泵与设计图纸请求型号一样,但是它少装了一个小零件及气路客道堵头,从而招致工作不正常。这个零件应该装置在泵内,因而不易发现。为了使该设备可以正常工作,采取了的办法:将增压泵1进气的截止球阀进气量关小,从而降低了增压泵1的工作频率,使泵组维持正常工作。彻底处理则是装上该堵头。
气体增压泵

Therefore, booster pump 1 boosts from time to time and does not love V6 control. In other words, the pump is the same as the required model of the design drawing, but it lacks a small part and an air passage plug, thus causing abnormal work. This part should be installed in the pump, so it is not easy to find. In order to make the equipment work properly, a method is adopted: to turn off the intake volume of the shut-off ball valve for the intake of the booster pump 1, so as to reduce the working frequency of the booster pump 1 and maintain the normal operation of the pump group. The thorough treatment is to install the plug.
还有一种特殊状况:增压泵2忽然中止工作,总压力也上不去了。在现场检查,发现它的换向阀V3被顶信不能动弹。于是关了增压泵组的紧缩空气,卸下V3时,发现V3的阀心被一股气往处弹出。原来招致V3的阀心不能运动是由于该阀右端有压强,没有卸压。之所以没有卸压是由于活塞停在了中间位置,没有碰开控制阀V1。

When the V3 was unloaded, it was found that the valve core of the V3 was ejected by a stream of air. Originally, the valve core of V3 could not move because of the pressure at the right end of the valve and no pressure relief. The reason why there was no pressure relief was that the piston stopped in the middle position and did not touch the control valve V1.
招致活塞停在中间有三个缘由:
There are three reasons for piston stopping in the middle:
(1)增压泵1呈现异常形成增压泵2进气口压国过大;
(1) The abnormal appearance of booster pump 1 results in the excessive pressure of the inlet of booster pump 2.
(2)增压泵2有两个增压气缸,工作时是双向紧缩,双向行程都需求提供驱动;
(2) Supercharging pump 2 has two supercharged cylinders, which work in two-way contraction and need to be driven by two-way travel.
(3)活塞在静止状态下启动时静摩擦力大。装回换向阀V3,翻开紧缩空气重新启动,泵组工作正常处理这种毛病还有一个方法,就是关掉紧缩空气,让高压气体出口压强降到3Mpa左右,再重新启动泵组。
(3) The piston has a large static friction force when it starts at rest. Install the reversing valve V3 and turn on the compressed air to restart. Another way to deal with this problem is to turn off the compressed air and let the pressure of the high-pressure gas outlet drop to about 3 Mpa, then restart the pump group.
